Purbhora Potoler Rosa




Ingredients

Potol- 5-6 ta, Alu (2to boiled), Paneer 10 gm, narkel kora/dhone pata, nun-misti, besan ektu, mouri bata, aada bata, jeere bata, tel, half cup dudh, nun-misti swad anujayi.

Process


Prothome potol gulor dui mukh kete bhetorer theke guti ber kore nite hobe. Ebare boiled alur sathe paneer smash kore mix kore niye tate nun misiye ekta bhalo pur kore nite hobe. Potol gulor bhetore oi pur bhore mukh gulo ke besaner golay dubiye niye kom aaNche bheje niye alada kore tule rakho.
Onne ekta frying pan e tel gorom hole, ada bata, jeera bata, mouri bata nun-misti diye bhalo kore narte thako. khub sundor gondho ber hobe (ete halud pore na). Ebare dudh diye potol gulo diye dao. ekdom kom aaNche e boil hote dao 10 -12 min obdi. Ebar dhaka khule dekhbe, potol bhalo kore boil hoye gele namiye opore dhone pata ba narkel kora diye garnish kore poribeson koro.

Amar kache narkel kora chilo na tai dhone pata diye i garnish korechi..khete darun hoyechilo.
