Lau er Ghonto





Eta Bangali der ekta khub e common dish. Tobu o recipe ta ekhane likhchi :-)

Lau ke choto2 kore kete nite hobe. Frying pan e ghee/tel diye paNch foroN r tejpata foroN diye lau gulo diye dao. Nun-haldi mixed koro. Erpor lau theke jol charte suru korle jeera-aada bata r kaNcha lonka diye full aaNche e ektu nere aaNch ta komiye dhaka diye 5-7 min boil howar jonno rakhte hobe. Bhalo kore lau boil hoye ele ghee r dhone pata choriye namiye nao. Oneke ei ghonto te daler bora o dey..seta o khete darun lage.
