Mutton Dakbangla

Ei masala tar ekta sundor gondho ber hole tomato diye koshate hobe, samanno chini, lonkaguro,dhania powerder, jeera powder diye koshate hobe. Ebar mangho ta diye bhalo kore koshao. Khub bhalo kore kosano hoye gele pressure cooker e andaj moto jol diye (samanno ektu dudh/ doi o dite paro). Pressure cooker e mangso ta bhalo kore hoye gele oporer kaNcha lonka kuchi/ dhone pata sajiye poribeson koro. Ruti, paratha, bhat sob kichur sathe i darun lage.
