Shahi Paneer


Ingredients
Paneer 250 gram, 1/4 cup doi, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup chopped tomato, 1/2 cup chopped peyaj (strips), half aada (ginger) chopped, 2-3 te elaichi, half tsp garam masala, half spn red chilli powder (optional as per taste), 2 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp Kaju paste, 3-4 tsp ghee, salt to taste, r garnishing er jonno dhone pata.

Process:


Paneer gulo ke 2" finger shape-e kete nite hobe. Ghee ta gorom kore pejay, kaNcha lonka, elaichi diye 2-4 min bhalo kore fry kore nite hobe, khub bhlao gondho ber hole chopped tomato diye 7-8 min dhekhe (cover kore) ranna korte hobe, erpor doi ta add kore aaro 2-3 min cook kore half cup jol mix korte hobe. Ebar ei mixture ta ke thanda kore ete kaju paste mix kore blender e bhalo kore smooth kore nite hobe. Ebare abar oi frying pan e ghee ta gorom kore ei gravy mix ta diye r milk r paneer chara baki sob ingredients gulo diye dao. thick gravy howa obdi boil korte hobe. Ebare surve korar age oi milk and paneer fingers gulo diye 2-3 min just boil kore nile i holo. Opore garnish korar jonno dhonepata sajiye dao...ektu grated paneer o dewa jay. Shahi paneer ready.
