Bhindi Masala - traditional Punjabi Dish...




Prothome bhindi gulo ke majhkhane chire niye bhetorer guti gulo ber kore nite hobe. Ebar haldi r nun diye bhindi gulo ke ektu somoy rakhe hobe. Ebar ekta masala toiri korte hobe - peyaj, ada kuchi, ekta choto tomato, kaNcha lonka, aajwain, degi mirch powder, khaskhas, 4-5 te kaju, salt to taste, haldi samanno, ektu chini - sob eksathe grind kore niye olpo tel e besh kore fry kore nite hobe, ekdom sukno kore. Masala toiri hoye gele bhindi gulo r bhetore bhore niye frying pan / tawa te kom aanche bhalo kore fry kore nite hobe. Byas hoye gelo toiri Bhindi Masala....Opore ektu khoskhos spread kore dite pare just for gurnishing...r kichu Dhone pata kuNchi.... Gorom gorom bhat er sathe darun lage
