Kaju kishmish,
Salt to taste,
Haldi powder,
Chini r jol (syrup)
Process::
Chal dhuye ekta plate e choriye diye salt haldi powder r chini makhiye rakho. ekta nonstick patre ghee gorom koro tate gorom moshla tejpata foron dao.. bhalomoto crackle korle tate kaju ta diye ekdubar nere chal ta diye dao.. narte thako.. kishmish diye dao.. sundor gondho berole andaj moto jol diye dheke dao(motamuti chal er der gun).. joler andaj thik hole kichukhoner modhyei jhojhore polao ready
