Palak Paratha

Ingredients
Atta 2-3 cup (5-6 te parathar jonno)
Salt to taste
Palak saak (ek mutho) - Grind kora 1 cup
Refined oil - to fry
Ghee / Butter
Stuffing er jonno Alu seddho 2 to, peyaj-ada-lonka kuchi, salt (mixed kore frying pan e ektu nere chere niyte hobe)
Process::
Atta te salt r oil mixed kore Palak er juice diye besh bhalo kore dough toiri kore niye half an hr ekta bhije kapor diye dhekhe rakhte hobe. Erpor ekta ekta laddhu kore tar bhetore oi stuffing diye paratha toiri kore fry korte hobe... (Stuffing chara o banano jai... )
Poribeson korar somoy opore ektukro butter ba ghee choriye diye sathe aachar (pickel) ba Raita rakhte paro...
