Mashroom Curry



Ingredients

Masroom – 1 pkt
Peyaj – 4-5 te (boro)
Tomato – 2-3 te
Ada Rosun paste -1 tbl spoon
Doi – half cup
Salt to taste
Haldi powder
Jeera powder
Garam Masala powder
Gota garam masala – 4-5 tukro
Oil
Dhone pata – sajanor jonno

Process
1. Masroom gulo ke besh bhalo kore porishkar kore du-tukro kore kete nite hobe (jodi size e choto hoy tale aasto e rakhte paro)
2. Frying Pan e tel groom hole masroom gulo salt r haldi powder diye fry kore nite hobe full aaNch e.
3. Ebare frying pan e Gota garam masala diye Peyaj-tomato-ada-rosun paste r Doi diye besh kore nara chara korte thako.
4. Jeera, haldi, salt diye dao... erpor samanno jol diye ektu fut-te dao. Garam masala powder add kore dio.
5.Besh fute uthle masroom gulo diye dhaka diye kom aaNch e 2-3 min rekhe namiye felo. Dhone pata kuchi diye sajiye poribeson koro.
