Paneer Malai Kofta Curry


Kofta r jonno:

Paneer 250 gm
Alu (seddho kora) 250 gm
Kaju-kismis – ek ek mutho (half an hour bhijiye rakhte hobe)
Salt to taste
Adha kuchi - 1 tsp
Besan 2-3 tsp (jotota proyojon hoy)
Oil - to fry

Process::
1.Paneer gulo ke besh kore smash kore alu seddho r salt besan diye mekhe nite hobe
2. Ebare ekta kore ball baniye tar bhetore ekta ekta kore kaju r kismis diye oi ball gulo ke halka aaNch e golden brown howa obdi fry korte hobe. Byas hoye gelo Kofta ready.

Curry r jonno

Peyaj - 3-4 te majhari maper
Ada - 1 tukro
Tomato - 3-4 te
KaNcha lonka - 4-5 te (nijer taste onujaye)
Salt to taste
haldi powder - 1 spn
jeere guro - 1 spn
garam masala guro - 1 spn

Dhone pata r Malai - garnising er jonno
Process::
Peyaj-tomato-ada-rosun-kancha lonka sob miliye paste toiri kore nao. Frying pan e dheeme aaNche tejpata diye er por oi paste ta diye haldi powder, jeera powder, salf diye narate thako...jotokhon ta tel chere jay... er por gorom masala diye ektu jol diye dao..2 min moto futte dio..erpor oi kofta gulo curry te diye 1-2 min kam aaNche rakho.. Serving dish e dhele niye opore dhone pata r Malai choriye diye gorom gorom bhat / pulao er sathe serve koro....
