Pao Bhaji ranna korar jonne jaa jaa lagbe:
Process:
Heat some oil in a pan, add 2 onions finely chopped and fry when the oil heats. Fry till the onions turn translucent. Add the Garlic paste(around 1/2tsp). Add 3 chopped tomatoes, salt, 3 tsp dhania powder, 2tsp jeera powder and 4 tsp pao bhaji powder. Fry well.
Steam the vegetables (cauliflower, carrot, beans) and drain off the water. Add them in the frying pan, along wid peas and capsicum. Cook till the mixture is tender.
Add some water to the mixture and mash well till the consistency gets thick enough. Keep it on the flame for not more than 10 mins.
When all the vegetables are cooked thoroughly, garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot
In a separate tawa, heat a little butter and fry the pao's (bread can also be used as a substitute).
