Achari Paneer


Ingredients:

250gm paneer cubes
2-3 tbsp tomato puree ba 1 ti tomato paste,
1ta baro peyaj fine kore kata,
1tsp ada kuchi
Roasted mosla- 2 ta dry red chilli, 1/2 tsp jeere,1/2 tsp mouri,1/2 tsp kalojire,1/2 asto sorse (mustard seeds),1/4 tsp methi, 2-3 ta labongo shukno kholate roast kore guriye nao,
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp holud,
1tsp asto panchphoron,
4-5 tbsp refined tel,
Dhonepata kuchi – garnishing er jonno

Process:

Paneer ke cube kore nao . erpar frying pan e tel garam kore ote asto panchphoron diye phoroner gandho berole ote peyaj diye bhajte thako, brownish hoye ele ada kuchi diye ½ min nerei roasted mosla ta diye dao. 1 min moton low flame e bheje holud, lonkaguro dao, nere niye ektu joler chhite debe.Ebar tomato puree ba fresh tomato mixite bete diye dao. Tomato gole gele ote poriman moton salt o samanyo garam jol dao. Boil hote suru korle Dhaka diye 2-3 min rakho. Ebar Dhaka khule paneergulo diye dao. gravy ta makha makha hobe. bujhle ar ektu garam jol dite paro, jerakam gravy dorkar. 4-5 min par gas off kore patre dhele niye opare dhonepata kuchi chhoriye dao.
