Ingredients:
Paneer-200 gm
Green Pepper/Capsicum-1 (sliced)
Peyaj -2 (sliced)
Refined oil
Soya Sauce- 2 tsp
Green Chili- 2-3
Salt to taste
Sugar- a pinch
Vinegar-2 tsp
Process:
Paneer gulo ke cube kore kete nite hobe (long thin finger like hole o cholbe). Er por paneer er tukto gulo ke vinegar e half an hour rekhe dite hobe. Peyaj e green pepper / capsicum r green chilli diye besh bhalo kore aaro koyek minute sauté kore nite hobe. Er por bhalo kore masala ta toiri hoye ele tate fried panner er tukro gulo add kore salt r sugar add kore nao. Last e flame theke namanor aage soya sauce add kore gorom gorom poribeson koro.
