Staffed Kakrol




Ingredients :
Kakrol - 6 - 7 ta (olpo steam kora)Ada-Peyaj-kaNcha lonka kuchi Salt to tasteHaldi powderJeera powderDhaniya powderPanner - 1 tbspn

Process:
1. Prothome kakrol gulo ke du tukro ( sojasoji bhabe) ektu steam kore nite hobe, er por spoon diye bhetorer jinish gulo (mane guti etc) ber kore nite hobe.
2. Frying pan e tel gorom hole, ada, peyej kuchi, kaNcha lonka kuchi, ektu Dhaniya powder/jeera powder , nun, holud diye oi bhetorer jinish gulo diye besh kore kosate hobe. Bhalo kore bhaja2 hoye gele opore panner gulo choriye dite namiye niye thanda korte hobe. Stuffing ready.
3. Erpor ek ek ta cup (kakroler one side) e stuffing ta bhore besoner batter e dip kore deep fry.
4. Gorom2 dal bhat er songe darun tasteful.
Snaks hisebe o useful with green chatni.
