Sorse-CurryPatta-Chicken Curry


Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 gram
Sorse (mustard seeds) - 1tbspn
Curry Patta - 15-16 ta
Peyaj kuchi - 2to (boro size er)
Aada kuchi - 2 tbspn
Rosun kuchi - 2 tbspn
Tomato kuchi - 2 to
Gota gorom mosala - 1 tbspn
Haldi powder - 1 spn
KaNcha lonka kuchi - swad anujaye
Doi - half cup
Ghee
Narkeler dudh (Coconut milk) half cup
Salt to taste
Dhone pata kuchi - ek mutho (sajanor jonno)

Process:
Prothome frying pan e Ghee gorom hole sorse r curry patta diye foron dao. Erpor gota gorom mosala diye peyaj / rosun / aada diye bhalo kore narte thako. Peyaj ta bhalo kore gondho chorale tomato kuchi r doi diye dao. Sathe nun r haldi powder o dao. Tel charte suru korle Chicken er piece gulo diye bhalo kore narte thako. 30 min kom aaNche dheke rekhe dao tale chicken bhalo kore seddho hoye jabe. Namanor aage narkeler dudh diye bhalo kore nere chere namao. Poribeson korar aage opore ektu dhone pata / curry patta sajiye poribeson korte paro...
