Mug dal with Vegitables


Ingredients:
Mug dal 1 cup, Beans - half cup, Carrot - half cup, Sim- half cup, Mula (Radish) - half cup, Dhone pata, PaNch foNron, Haldi, Salt, Tejpata, Ghee, hing (ecche hole dite paro)

Process:
Prothome Pressure cooker e ghee diye tejpata r paNch foNron ta dite hobe. Gondho ber hole sob gulo vegitable diye ektu fry kore dal ta diye fry korte hobe. Erpor andaj moto jol diye haldi n salt diye cooker r dhaka ta bondho kore dao. 1 ta whistle-ei hoye jabe. Namiye ektu thanda hole cooker er dhaka ta khule ghee, hing r dhone pata diye sajiye poribeson koro.
