Chicken Rezala

INGREDIENTS: murgi: 1kg (boro tukro kora), tok doi: adha cup, doier ghol (adh cup doi diye toiri): 2 cup, peyaj: 2 to (bata), rosun bata: 1 tsp, dhone guro: 4 tsp , sukno lonka: 4 te, asto golmorich: 10ta, asto gorom masla, golap jol: 1 tsp, kacha pepe: 3 tbsp, tel, chini: 1 tsp, nun andaj moto.
PREPERATION: peyaj bata, rasun bata, pepe bata, dhone guro o doi diye chicken ta marinate kore 1 ghonta moto rekhe dite hobe. Korate tel gorom korte hobe. Gorom masla foron diye foroner gondho berole marinate kora chicken ta diye dite hobe. Erpor nun dite hobe. Valo kore kosate hobe. Tel berote suru hole er moddhe sukno lonka, gol morich ta diye ektu narachara korte hobe. Erpor doier ghol ta korate dhele ach komiye dite hobe. Dhaka diye chicken ta norom hoya obdhi ranna korte hobe. chicken norom hole golap jol choriye namate hobe.
