Palak Paneer
Paneer gulo ke cube / triangle jerom ecche piece kore bhalo kore dhuye nao. (Ektu halka fry o kore nite paro..karon oneke abar without fry paneer ta pochondo kore na)
Palak ke bhalo kore boro boro piece e kete pressue cooker e 5 min boil kore nao khub kom jol diye. Palak er jol ta thanda kore alada kore rakho. R palak ta mixer e paste kore nao with ginder/garlic and salt.
Frying pan e ebar tel gorom hole, aasto gorom mosala, sorse foroN dao r peyaj, tomato paste add koro. Chilli powder / kaNcha lonka (as u like) add koro. Dhania powder o samanno dite paro. ER por mosla ta fry hoye gele oi palak er paste ta add kore nao. Sathe oi palak boil kora jol ta diye besh kore narate thako. AaaNch ta komiye diye paneer er piece gulo add koro. Dhaka diye ranna korte hobe jotokhon na paneer gulo soft hoye jay. Ranna hoye gele bhalo gondho ber hobe r opore tel bheje aashte tokhon ek spoon ghee choriye dao. Palak Paneer goes well with Nan/Paratha / tandoori roti.
