Shahi Fish ( recipe by Sunita)




Fish - half kg (rui mach)
Fry kore alada kore rakhte hobe.
2 to boro pejaj, 3-4 te kancha lonka, 10-15 gm aada, r 2to tomato paste kore now.
Frying pan e olpo tel e ei paste ta fry koro, halka fry hoye gele 2 spn tomato sauce dio. Erpor 5-6 spoon fruit cream (ba dudher sor- malai) mix koro. ebar haldi powder, salt, degi mirch r garam masala powder mix koro. Masala ta besh sukno hoye ele ek cup dudh diye besh kore fotao. Erpor kaju, badam, jaifal r kasturi meti sukno grind kore ei paste tay dao. R oi bhaja mach gulo diye ebar kom aaNch e bhalo kore fotao. Opore kaNcha lonka r ada kuchi diye garnish kore nao.
