Process:
1. Prothome sob vegitables gulo ke boil kore nao sathe salt r aada rosun paste diye.
2. Erpor sob gulo boiled vegitables ke Smash kore niye sathe haldi powder r vinegar mix kore nite hobe
3. Choto choto kore vegitable stuff diye ball baniye nao.
4. Soya sauce r cornflour ke ektu jole bhijiye pase rekhe dao.
5. Frying pan e oil gorom hole Ball gulo ke fry kore nite hobe.
6. Chili sauce add kore ektu somoy saute kore nao .
7. Erpor cornflour r soya sauce er mixture ta add koro.
8.Kichukkhon kom aaNche cook korte hobe jate gravy ta bhalo kore makha2 hoye jay.
Vegetables manchurian ready... vegitable fried rice / pulao er sathe serve korte paro.
