GARLIC CHILLI CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS :
Boneless chicken-500gms
Peyaj - 3 big (1ta sliced kore kata / baki 2to paste)
Tomato purie - 1 cup
Aada rosun paste - 3 spoon
KaNcha lonka - 2-3 te paste
Red chilli powder - 1 spn
Jeera powder - 1 spn
Haldi powder - 1/2 spn
Rosun - 4 te kowa
Black pepeer powder- 2 spn
Dhone pata / Peyaj koli - for gurnishing
Process:
Prothome ekta batter banao with flour,egg,ginger-garlic paste,chilli powder,ajino-motto(optional) and little salt. soak the chicken pieces into this batter for 45mins to 1hr. deep fry koro chicken pieces gulo ke.
Erpor frying pan-e oil garam koro r onion chopped, ginger n garlic both chopped, green chilli. ebar fry koro till brown n crispy. chilli powder ,pepper powder ,salt add koro. fry koro. then add the fried chicken pieces.
